ˇHow does the decaffeination process take place in Café Rancheiro Decaffeinated?
Our Decaffeinated Rancheiro Coffee is a product resulting from decaffeination using an organic acid (CH²CL²) that is not harmful to health, it is used as a solvent to extract caffeine from the coffee bean. There are three stages of extraction: Loading the coffee in the extractor, Extraction of caffeine and removal of the solvent through a complete draining of the extractor.

Delivery: For Anápolis and Goiânia there is a delivery option, in which you receive your order within 2 hours. Valid from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
Pickup in store: For Anápolis there is the option of pick up at our factory store. There is also the option of withdrawal at our branch in Goiânia. Valid from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
ˇDoes Rancheiro e-commerce have free shipping?
Yes. There is free shipping on purchases over R$100.00 to the cities of Anápolis and Goiânia.

ˇDo Rancheiro products have milk in their composition?
The Rancheiro Biscuit lines (Coconut Donut, Stuffed Donut and Wafers) do not have milk or traces of milk in their formulations, in addition to the machinery not being shared with any other product. With the exception of the Cookie which, because it is produced in another factory, contains lactose. More detailed information about the technical data sheet of each product can be found in the “specifications” field, located in the description of each product.
ˇAre Rancheiro products vegan certified?

Soy lecithin is used in the manufacture of our products, with the exception of coffee.
