How do I track the delivery of my order?

You can track the delivery of your order through the order number at rancheiro.com/vendas. In addition, you can track it after logging in in the Login > My Purchases session.

How does the decaffeination process take place in Café Rancheiro Decaffeinated?

Our Decaffeinated Rancheiro Coffee is a product resulting from decaffeination using an organic acid (CH²CL²) that is not harmful to health, it is used as a solvent to extract caffeine from the coffee bean. There are three stages of extraction: Loading the coffee in the extractor, Extraction of caffeine and removal of the solvent through a complete draining of the extractor.

What payment methods are available?

Currently the available payment options are: via credit card and via Pix. We are working to soon provide other forms of payment for the convenience of our customers.

For the Pix modality, payment must be made within 60 minutes and we ask for a period of up to 24 hours for confirmation.

What types of delivery are available?

Delivery: For Anápolis and Goiânia there is a delivery option, in which you receive your order within 2 hours. Valid from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.

Pickup in store: For Anápolis there is the option of pick up at our factory store. There is also the option of withdrawal at our branch in Goiânia. Valid from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.

Do Rancheiro products have milk in their composition?

The Rancheiro Biscuit lines (Coconut Donut, Stuffed Donut and Wafers) do not have milk or traces of milk in their formulations, in addition to the machinery not being shared with any other product. With the exception of the Cookie which, because it is produced in another factory, contains lactose. More detailed information about the technical data sheet of each product can be found in the “specifications” field, located in the description of each product.

Are Rancheiro products vegan certified?

The Rancheiro Biscuit lines (Coconut Donut, Stuffed Donut and Wafers) do not have milk or traces of milk in their formulations, in addition to the machinery not being shared with any other product. How does night mode work in Rancheiro e-commerce?

When will I receive my employee voucher?

For Rancheiro employees, vouchers are generated from the 1st of the month, every month.

Copy the promotional code (voucher) that will be sent to your email. After that, just make your purchase and, in the "Payment" step, paste the code in the "Do you have a discount coupon?"

When can I collect my voucher in store?

For employee voucher orders, in-store pick-up works from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:30, excluding holidays.

How do I participate in the "Bought, Won Rancher" promotion?

To participate in the "Buy, Win Rancheiro" promotion, all you need to do is purchase 4 cartridges of Rancheiro capsules through our website. How can I save my favorite products?
