Our Rancheiro Coffee Decaffeinated is a product resulting from decaffeination using an organic acid (CH²CL²) that is not harmful to health, it is used as a solvent to extract caffeine from the coffee bean. There are three extraction steps: loading the coffee into the extractor, extracting the caffeine and removing the solvent through a complete draining of the extractor.

Same beans as ranchero coffee – 100% Arabica.
The recipe for making coffee is the same as for traditional coffee.
